Careermakers is recruiting for an experienced Registered Nurse to join a reputable nursing andamp; care home in the heart of Sleaford. This medium bedded purpose-built home caters to residents with nursing, dementia andamp; residential care needs. As a Registered Nurse, you will work closely with the Deputy Manager to the correct care is provided to residents.

Responsibilities as a Registered Nurse:

• Deliver person-centred care to residents, including medication administration and health monitoring
• Work with care staff and external professionals to maintain and update care plans
• Support residents and families with guidance on health, wellbeing, and ongoing care

Requirements as a Registered Nurse:

• Registered Nurse Qualification (RGN/RMN/RNLD)
• Active NMC Pin
• Previous nursing home experience
