Rehab Assistant/Support Worker
Job Description
Fenwick Healthcare are looking for Health Care Assistants-with experience of working with patients with complex needs.-
Candidates will be required to have care experience. Experience of working within a community or care home would be essential in progressing to the next stage.
Applicants must have the following to be considered for this role:
- Relevant care experience
- Up to date Mandatory Training (Moving andamp; Handling, Medication administration etc)
- DBS on update service-
