The Role
As a Reliability Engineer, youandrsquo;ll be the driving force behind improving asset performance and reducing downtime across a fast-paced production environment.
Youandrsquo;ll:
- Lead root cause analysis on recurring and critical equipment failures
- Develop and implement reliability strategies (RCM, FMEA, condition-based maintenance)
- Analyse trends and data to proactively prevent breakdowns
- Work closely with maintenance and operations teams to embed best practices
- Support continuous improvement projects and drive long-term asset reliability
What Weandrsquo;re Looking For
- Proven experience in either a reliability, maintenance, or asset-focused engineering role
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving
- Experience within either manufacturing, FMCG, or process environments
- Knowledge of reliability tools and methodologies (RCA, FMEA, CMMS systems)
- Ability to influence teams and drive change on-site
