In this role youandrsquo;ll manage a portfolio of residential properties throughout the whole rental process, keeping everything up to date and dealing with any enquiries or issues. andnbsp;

Location: Winchester

Role: Permanent, Full time / 9-6 / Mon andndash; Fri / 1 in 7 Saturdays 9-1

What youand#39;ll be doing:

andnbsp; andnbsp;andnbsp;Carry out six-monthly property inspections across the SFH portfolio

andnbsp; andnbsp;andnbsp;Identify and report maintenance, health andamp; safety and compliance issues

andnbsp; andnbsp;andnbsp;Coordinate and conduct tenant move-ins, check-ins and check-outs

andnbsp; andnbsp;andnbsp;Complete and review inventory checks at the start and end of tenancies

andnbsp; andnbsp;andnbsp;Ensure properties are presented to a high standard prior to occupancy

andnbsp; andnbsp;andnbsp;Compare check-out conditions against inventories and report damages or issues

andnbsp; andnbsp;andnbsp;Liaise with contractors, tenants and internal teams as required

andnbsp; andnbsp;andnbsp;Maintain accurate inspection notes, reports and records on property systems
