The Residential Real Estate Paralegal will support across a wide range of matters including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity. This Residential Real Estate Paralegal role will involve drafting contracts, preparing completion statements, carrying out searches, and liaising with clients, agents, and lenders. The Residential Real Estate Paralegal will also assist with file management and post-completion work, ensuring they gain full exposure to the conveyancing process from instruction through to completion.
