What you'll be doing
In this busy and exciting role, you will support the Talent Acquisition team by proactively sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates, building strong pipelines for both active vacancies and future business needs.

Role Accountabilities

andbull; Deliver hands-on resourcing support for active and future campaigns, providing credible, consultative recruitment advice
andbull; Source talent using job boards, databases, Boolean search, networking, referrals and other proactive methods
andbull; Identify and assess passive and active candidates against agreed criteria
andbull; Act as a confident brand ambassador, promoting Greencore and each opportunity to attract candidate interest
andbull; Present suitable candidates to Talent Acquisition Partners and Managers
andbull; Build and maintain communication with talent pipelines to nurture engagement
andbull; Develop insights and market intelligence on key skill pipelines across the UK
andbull; Engage regularly with stakeholders, managing expectations and maintaining strong internal relationships
andbull; Demonstrate excellent time management, prioritising effectively to meet tight deadlines
andbull; Support ad hoc recruitment projects and additional duties as required

What we're looking for
andbull; Extensive experience in a similar resourcing role (agency, RPO/MSP or in-house)
andbull; Strong sourcing capability, including passive search techniques
andbull; Experience using recruitment ATS platforms
andbull; Proven record of delivering a high-quality sourcing service
andbull; Ability to manage multiple tasks, with strong attention to detail
andbull; Resilient, proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
