Resident Liaison Officer andndash; West andamp; North London and#55357;and#56525; Uxbridge (covering West andamp; North London)

Our client is a well-established construction and refurbishment contractor delivering projects across London. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Resident Liaison Officer to support projects across West and North London.

The Role As Resident Liaison Officer, you will act as the key point of contact between site teams and residents, ensuring clear communication throughout the construction process and maintaining positive relationships with the local community.

Key Responsibilities:
andbull; Acting as the main point of contact for residents during construction works
andbull; Communicating project timelines, updates and potential disruptions
andbull; Organising and attending resident meetings and consultations
andbull; Managing complaints and resolving issues in a professional manner
andbull; Working closely with site teams to ensure smooth project delivery
andbull; Providing regular updates and reports to management

Requirements:
andbull;Previous experience as a Resident Liaison Officer or similar customer-facing role within construction or housing
andbull; Strong communication and interpersonal skills
andbull; Ability to build positive relationships with residents and stakeholders
andbull; Organised and able to manage multiple priorities
andbull; Full UK driving licence preferred
