Youandrsquo;ll work across a broad range of rural professional services, including:

• Estate and property management for private and institutional clients

• Valuations, landlord and tenant matters, and rural consultancy

• Agricultural, residential and commercial property advice

• Supporting clients with sales, lettings and acquisitions

• Assisting with planning, diversification and development opportunities

• Contributing to the delivery of highand#8209;quality professional reports and client guidance

• Experience as a Rural Surveyor, ideally MRICS or working towards qualification

• Strong understanding of rural property, land management and agricultural matters

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build longand#8209;term client relationships

• A proactive, organised approach with the confidence to manage your own workload

• A genuine interest in the rural sector and the communities it supports

• Salary between andpound;35,000 and andpound;45,000, depending on experience
