This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated surveyor to become part of a well-established practice with a strong reputation across the region, offering exposure to a broad and varied rural workload alongside genuine long-term career progression.

The Role

The successful candidate will work across a diverse portfolio of rural estates and agricultural property matters, providing professional advice to a wide range of private clients and landowners.

Responsibilities are likely to include:

• Estate and property management

• Landlord and tenant matters

• Valuations and appraisals

• Rural professional work

• Agricultural and diversification advice

• Basic Agency work

• Client relationship management

• Supporting senior colleagues on larger projects and instructions

About You

Applicants should ideally have:

• MRICS qualified status (or close to qualification)

• Experience within rural surveying or estate management

• Strong communication and client-facing skills

• Commercial awareness and a proactive approach

• Full UK driving licence

• Knowledge of the East Anglian rural property market would be advantageous
