Job Description
Ascendion is looking for "Scrum Master",-The ideal candidate brings experience working in complex enterprise environments, navigating multi-team delivery, and collaborating closely with Product Owners, RTEs, Architecture, Engineering, and wider programme stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years as a Scrum master's in enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile, and scaled frameworks (SAFe preferred)
- Proven experience in-Agile project delivery-and multi-team coordination
- Expertise with-Jira and Confluence
- Solid SDLC, QA, and DevOps awareness
- Certifications preferred:-CSM, PSM, SAFe SSM/SASM, PMI-ACP
- Banking/Financial experience is required
