What We're Looking For:

  • QTS, FE teaching qualification, or substantial tutoring/teaching experience in English.

  • Passion for inclusive education and a commitment to helping every young person progress.
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse needs and deliver personalised learning.

To be eligible, you must:

  • Supportive team environment with ongoing CPD opportunities.
  • Opportunity to make a real impact on young people with complex SEMH needs.
  • Long-term, stable role with the chance to shape your career within a forward-thinking provision.
