Inspire EHC are delighted to be working in partnership with a vibrant and inclusive secondary special school in Southend-on-Sea supporting pupils aged 11andndash;16 with EHCPs.
We are currently seeking caring and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join the schoolandrsquo;s bank team, offering flexible work to fit around youandmdash;with the exciting potential for longer-term or permanent opportunities for the right person.

The role
As a Bank SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support students with a range of additional needs, including ASD, learning difficulties, and communication needs
Work closely with teachers and therapists to provide individualised support
Help create a safe, engaging, and positive learning environment
Build strong, meaningful relationships with pupils to support their development

Experience working with children or young people with SEN (school or care setting)
A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
