Responsibilities

As anandnbsp;SEN andamp; PRU Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver Tailored Lessons:andnbsp;Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons across subjects including Mathematics, English, Science, Humanities, Languages, and more.

  • Support Individual Needs:andnbsp;Adapt teaching methods and strategies to meet diverse academic, social, and behavioural needs.

  • Promote Positive Behaviour:andnbsp;Implement effective classroom management strategies to maintain a respectful and supportive environment.

  • Monitor Progress:andnbsp;Assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and personalised support.

  • Collaborate with Staff:andnbsp;Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and senior leaders to implement targeted support strategies.

  • Foster Inclusivity:andnbsp;Create a nurturing classroom where every student feels valued and encouraged to participate.
