SEN Teaching Assistant / Behaviour Mentor needed in West London Uxbridge
Weandrsquo;re seeking a confident, compassionateandnbsp;SEN TA / Behaviour Mentorandnbsp;to join a dynamic SEN school in West London. Youandrsquo;ll work closely with students with special educational needs (SEN), providing tailored one-to-one and small-group support to help them engage, progress, and thrive in the classroom.
Key responsibilities:
Support pupils with SEN, including autism, ADHD, SEMH and behavioural needs
Assist teachers in planning and adapting lessons to meet individual needs
Monitor progress and provide feedback to staff and parents
Ideal candidate:
Experienced working with children with SEN or behavioural challenges
Patient, empathetic, and proactive in supporting diverse needs
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Able to remain calm under pressure and use restorative approaches
Pay and benefits:

Requirements:
Must hold a validandnbsp;enhanced DBS certificate
