An outstanding school based in Cardiff have an opportunity arising forandnbsp;Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistants.andnbsp;The role will entail working 1:1 with a child with challenging behaviour. ALN experience is required.

andnbsp;

The ideal SEN TA / Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant should have the following:

• Level 2 or 3 qualified and/or a minimum of 6 monthsandrsquo; experienceandnbsp;in an educational establishment
• A calm, patient and caring personal
• Good communication skills
• A good understanding ofandnbsp;child protectionandnbsp;and safeguarding guidelines
• Experience in working withandnbsp;supporting studentsandnbsp;in their education onandnbsp;a 1:1 and a small group basis

Successful applicants will be required toandnbsp;complete an enhanced Child DBS disclosureandnbsp;andandnbsp;provide at least 2 references.
