Job Description
A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Ealing is seeking a SENCo to join the team from September 2026. This is a part-time role and would suit an experienced teacher who is passionate about inclusion, SEND provision and supporting pupils with additional needs.

- Location: Ealing, London
- Contract: Part time - 2.5 days per week
- Salary: MPS/UPS + TLR 2 (depending on experience)

About the Role
This opportunity would suit a knowledgeable and committed SENCo who is confident leading SEND provision across the school. The successful candidate will work closely with leadership, staff and external agencies to ensure pupils with additional needs receive high-quality support and access to the curriculum.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage SEND provision across the school as the SENCo
- Identify, assess and monitor pupils with additional needs
- Support teachers in planning and adapting learning for pupils with SEND
- Liaise with parents, carers and external professionals
- Ensure compliance with SEND policies and statutory requirements
Requirements
- National Award for SEN Coordination (or previous experience in the role)
- Experience working with pupils with a range of SEND needs
- Strong understanding of SEND legislation and best practice
- Able to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with staff and families
