Immediate or April Start | Long-Term Until End of Academic Year

From -170 per day depending on experience.-

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and dedicated SENCo to join a supportive and inclusive school in Lewisham (SE8). This is a long-term role running until the end of the academic year, with a start date available either immediately or from April.

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead SEND provision within a welcoming school environment that is committed to inclusive practice and ensuring every pupil receives the support they need to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage SEND provision across the school

  • Oversee EHCP processes and annual reviews

  • Work collaboratively with staff, families and external agencies

  • Support and develop inclusive, high-quality teaching practices

  • Monitor progress and ensure effective interventions are in place

This role would suit an experienced SENCo or a qualified teacher with the National Award for SEN Coordination (or working towards it) who is confident leading SEND provision.
