The Supply Register is recruiting SEND Support Staff to work across Heritage High School and Springwell Community College through our exclusive partnership with the Two Counties Trust.

This is a fantastic opportunity for Teaching Assistants, Learning Support Assistants, Behaviour Mentors, Support Workers, Youth Workers, and individuals with experience supporting young people to make a real difference within a secondary school environment.

You will support students with a range of additional needs, helping them access learning, build confidence, and develop positive relationships within the classroom.

We're looking for candidates who:
andbull; Have experience supporting children or young people (SEND experience desirable)
andbull; Are passionate about helping students achieve their potential
andbull; Have strong communication and behaviour management skills
andbull; Are patient, resilient, and approachable
andbull; Can build positive relationships with students
andbull; Work effectively both independently and as part of a team

To be eligible, you must:
andbull; Have the right to work in the UK
andbull; Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to obtain one
andbull; Provide two professional references covering the last 24 months
