Hours: 08:30am andndash; 3:30pm, 5 days a week
Start: ASAP

Weandrsquo;re seeking dedicated EYFS SEND Teaching Assistant to support in an SEND provisional unit to work with two EYFS children. All children within the unit present behaviours that need addressing with empathy but and confidence. It is essential you are strong, calm, and consistent, with the confidence to follow agreed strategies, apply boundaries fairly, and respond proactively.

You would need to have experience working with children for this position.

  • Experience working with children or adults with barriers to learning
  • Strong sense of empathy, resilience, and a commitment to inclusive education

  • Clear and concise way of communiocating
  • Someone resilient, calm and consistent
  • Understand body language and being proactive in support
  • A current enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to different needs and learning styles
