Role Overview
As a Senior Account Manager, you will take ownership of a key customer portfolio, identifying opportunities for growth while ensuring exceptional levels of service. Youandrsquo;ll be the primary point of contact for your accounts, building long-term relationships, aligning internal teams, and ensuring flawless execution of projects from quotation through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for your assigned customer base.
- Build strong, long-term relationships that support sustained business growth.
- Ensure customer requirements and technical expectations are communicated clearly across internal teams.
- Conduct regular meetingsandmdash;on-site and virtualandmdash;to review performance, address ongoing projects and identify new opportunities.
- Identify and nurture new sales opportunities within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with the external sales team to attract new customers.
- Support strategy development for account expansion and increased revenue.
- Lead pricing discussions, contract renewals, and proposal creation.
- Work closely with engineering, procurement, and production teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer projects.
- Track order progress, monitor timelines, and resolve any issues promptly.
- Assist customers with technical enquiries, involving internal specialists when needed.
- Stay informed about market developments, competitor activity, and evolving customer needs.
- Represent the business at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer communication, project updates, and sales activity in the CRM system.
- Provide management with regular reports, forecasts, and insights on account performance.

Key Skills andamp; Experience
- Technical understanding of electronics, PCBA, or manufacturing processes.
- Proven experience in account management and customer growth.
- Excellent relationship-building skills across both technical and commercial stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and contract management abilities.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and revenue.
- Willingness to travel throughout the South of England to meet customers (as and when required).
