As a Senior Administrator, you will play a key role in providing efficient administrative support. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Job Set-Up andamp; Invoicing: Ensure smooth operations by managing job setups and invoicing processes.
  • Call Handling andamp; Communication: Be the welcoming voice of our office, handling calls and preparing essential documents.
  • File Management: Maintain organised file systems for easy access and retrieval of information.
  • Diary Management: Coordinate schedules with electronic and paper diaries as needed.
  • Team Collaboration: Work alongside fellow Administrators to ensure seamless departmental operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take minutes for meetings and compile reports
  • Liaise with tenants and contractors to ensure clear communication
  • Analyse data using Excel to compile insightful reports
  • Produce accurate documents including letters, invoices, and spreadsheets
  • Manage diary input and organise meetings effectively
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all office visitors and callers
  • Maintain compliance knowledge for administrative purposes
  • Shadow site inspections to enhance your understanding of the role
  • Manage KPIs and prioritise tasks effectively

  • Prior experience providing team support
