Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, they are now seeking an experienced Senior Building Surveyor to join their established Middlesex team.

You will be involved in a diverse portfolio of projects, offering both professional and projectand#8209;based surveying work across a range of asset types.

• Deliver a full spectrum of building surveying services across commercial, industrial and leisure properties

• Lead and manage projects from inception through to completion

• Undertake technical due diligence, condition surveys and defect analysis

• Support junior team members and contribute to the continued growth of the department

• Work closely with clients, stakeholders and internal teams to ensure highand#8209;quality outcomes

• Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS)andnbsp;

• Strong technical knowledge and experience across both professional and project work

• Confident managing clients, delivering reports and leading projects

• Able to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment
