The Role
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of care while supporting and mentoring the care team on shift.
Your responsibilities will include:
andbull; Leading, mentoring, and supporting care staff
andbull; Delivering high-quality, person-centred care
andbull; Supporting residents with daily living needs in a dignified manner
andbull; Administering medication (training provided if required)
andbull; Maintaining accurate care plans and documentation
andbull; Promoting a safe, calm, and positive environment
andbull; Encouraging resident engagement, independence, and wellbeing
About You
andbull; NVQ Level 3 in Health andamp; Social Care (desirable)
andbull; Previous experience in a senior care role within a care home
andbull; Experience working within dementia care (desirable)
andbull; Medication training
andbull; A compassionate, proactive, and team-focused approach
andbull; Strong communication and leadership skills
andbull; A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care
