Responsibilities:
andmiddot;Supporting residents with their wellbeing on a day-to-day basis.
andmiddot;Monitor, observe and record progress, ensuring care plans are followed effectively.
andmiddot;Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, families and other support staff to ensure comprehensive care.
andmiddot;Provide one to one support.
Requirements:
andmiddot;Right to work in the UK
andmiddot;Must have at least 6 months experience
andmiddot;Must have Mandatory health training certificate
andmiddot;A valid Enhanced DBS
NVQ LEVEL 3 Training
