We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Engineer to join a water infrastructure project in Leeds. This is a key role within the site team, supporting the delivery of works on a live water scheme within a regulated environment.

Role andamp; Responsibilities:

• Leading engineering activities on site and supporting the Site Agent and Project Manager
• Overseeing setting out and ensuring works are delivered in line with drawings, specifications, and programme
• Managing and mentoring Site Engineers and junior staff
• Managing QA documentation, Inspection andamp; Test Plans (ITPs), and as-built records
• Coordinating surveys and providing technical support to resolve site issues
• Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the required quality standards
• Liaising with designers, subcontractors, and client representatives
• Supporting planning, sequencing, and short-term programming of works

Requirements:

• Proven experience working as a Senior Engineer or experienced Site Engineer on civil engineering projects
• Experience on water or wastewater schemes essential
• Strong setting out and surveying background
• Ability to review and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Valid CSCS card
• SMSTS or SSSTS preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
