Salary: -38,000 - -48,000

This Civil Project Engineer opportunity is with a leading consultancy in Sheffield that is continuing to grow and invest in its people. The Civil Project Engineer will join a supportive multi-office civil engineering team delivering highways, drainage and development infrastructure projects across the UK. Key responsibilities
* Deliver highways and drainage designs for development and adoptable works
* Prepare calculations, sketches, design models and technical drawings
* Use AutoCAD, Site3D, Causeway Flow or similar software
* Work to current standards including CIRIA guides, BRE Digest and BS EN 752
* Support S278, S38 and S104 approvals and related submissions
* Manage your workload across multiple projects and support programme delivery
* Undertake site visits and prepare reports and specifications
* Support junior staff and contribute to design quality and team efficiency

Candidate requirements
* Minimum 3 years of UK highways and drainage design experience
* Strong AutoCAD, Site3D, Causeway Flow or similar capability
* Good understanding of S278, S38 and S104 standards
* Commercial awareness and the ability to manage delivery efficiently
* Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
* Working toward Chartership, or interested in pursuing it
