This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional with strong CAT A and CAT B fitand#8209;out experience to take a central role in delivering highand#8209;profile workplace projects for international clients.

You will be instrumental in delivering new office spaces and refurbishment programmes across London and internationally. Acting as a trusted advisor, youandrsquo;ll provide strategic oversight, coordinate local project teams, and guide client stakeholders to ensure projects progress smoothly and successfully.

• Lead and support the delivery of CAT A and CAT B office fitand#8209;out projects in London and abroad

• Oversee and align local project teams with client objectives

• Manage stakeholder engagement, ensuring client teams remain coordinated and focused

• Provide robust reporting, risk management, and programme oversight

• Maintain high consultancy standards across all project stages

• Proven experience delivering commercial fitand#8209;out projects (CAT A andamp; B)

• Strong background working with international clients and multiand#8209;location teams

• Confident communicator with the ability to influence and unify diverse groups

• Skilled in managing complex programmes in fastand#8209;moving environments
