Senior Construction Recruitment Consultant and Sales Manager Roles

My client is a well-established construction recruitment business supplying labour and staff across London, and the East Midlandsandnbsp; Region. Theyandnbsp;work with main contractors and subcontractors acrossandnbsp;interiors, fit-out, civils, and Mandamp;E,andnbsp;housing, and specialist trades, with a strong reputation for compliance, reliability, and long-term client relationships.
Due to continued growth, they areandnbsp;now looking to bring in anandnbsp;experienced Senior Construction Recruitment Consultant/ Sales Managerandnbsp;to develop and grow accounts and win new business both PSL framework and A-Z business to join their established London branch.
The Role
This is aandnbsp;360 Sales Recruitment Business Development role, suited to someone who already understands the construction market and wants autonomy, strong earning potential, and support to grow.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing and developing aandnbsp;live construction desk
- Business development withandnbsp;contractors, subcontractors, and developers
- Supplyingandnbsp;temporary and/or permanent construction staff
- Sourcing, screening, and placing candidates
- Managing client relationships and site requirements
- Ensuringandnbsp;full complianceandnbsp;(Right to Work, CSCS, references, etc.)
- Negotiating rates, margins, and terms
- Working towards realistic billing and activity targets
What Weandrsquo;re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Senior Construction Recruitment Consultantandnbsp;or Sales Manager (temps, perms, or both)
- Strong understanding ofandnbsp;construction roles and site environments
- Confident communicator with clients and candidates
- Self-motivated and commercially aware
- Comfortable with KPIs, targets, and business development
- Professional, organised, and reliable

Experience:
- Recruiting: 3andnbsp;years plus (preferred)
- Must have a strong construction sector recruitment: background with a proven track record in sales and winning PSL Framework business and A-Zandnbsp;accounts
- Team Leader/Managerial experience
There is the opportunity to possiblyandnbsp;workandnbsp;from home two days per week
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
