The Role:

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, youandrsquo;ll manage your education desk end-to-end, combining relationship-led recruitment with strong commercial performance.

Youandrsquo;ll be responsible for:

andbull; Managing and growing a high-performing education recruitment desk
andbull; Building trusted relationships with schools and education professionals
andbull; Coordinating daily, short-term, long-term and permanent placements
andbull; Managing interviews, feedback, offers and candidate starts
andbull; Ensuring full compliance: safeguarding, right-to-work and AWR checks

Youandrsquo;ll ideally have:

andbull; Recruitment experience (education preferred) or a background working within education
andbull; Strong communication skills and confidence working with schools
andbull; Excellent organisation and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
andbull; A resilient, solutions-focused mindset
andbull; A genuine passion for education and making a difference
andbull; Commercial awareness and a results-driven approach

Hours:
andbull; Term Time: 7:00am - 5:00pm
andbull; School Holidays: 08.30 am - 3:30pm option to work from home
