I am sourcing an experienced Senior Site Manager/Project Manager to lead the refurbishment andamp; extension to an education facility in South Manchester. Youand#39;ll be working with a well-established regional contractor on a fast track scheme constructing a steel frame extension whilst managing the refurbishment to existing blocks on site.andnbsp;andnbsp;Senior Site Manager/PM - Requirements/Reasons to apply:

• You will need to hold relevant experience leading new build andamp; refurbishment projects to circa andpound;5m. This is a No1 role, so youand#39;ll need to be able to demonstrate similar experience
• Youand#39;ll be joining a well established regional contractor with a strong supply chain and an experienced senior management team to support.
• A valid SMSTS, First Aid andamp; CSCS Card will be needed for this role
• This role will last until September with a possibility of further follow on works
• Rates between andpound;280.00 - andpound;300.00 a day will be on offer for the right individual
