The Opportunity
As the Senior Systems Engineer, you'll be at the heart of driving and enhancing MBSE capability across a major engineering environment. You'll work alongside technical experts, business leaders, and multidisciplinary teams to develop robust engineering models, improve system integration, and support key programme decision-making.

Responsibilities
andmiddot;Supporting and advancing Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) practices
andmiddot;Managing requirements, interfaces, trade studies, and system integration activities
andmiddot;Maintaining the integrity, consistency, and usability of complex engineering models
andmiddot;Developing clear reporting tools and visualisations for stakeholders
andmiddot;Supporting integration between MBSE tools, systems, and wider engineering functions
andmiddot;Producing and analysing performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
andmiddot;Collaborating with technical specialists and senior stakeholders across the organisation
andmiddot;Developing verification and validation strategies to ensure engineering accuracy and traceability
andmiddot;Supporting and maintaining SQL databases to ensure reliable engineering data
Skills/Qualifications
andmiddot;Strong experience working within Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
andmiddot;Proven ability to manage complex engineering models and system integrations
andmiddot;Experience with data analysis, reporting, and visualisation tools
andmiddot;Good understanding of SQL/database management
andmiddot;Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
andmiddot;Experience developing verification and validation strategies within engineering or defence environments
