Description
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and provide guidance.
- Utilise various recruitment channels to attract diverse and high-calibre candidates.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate records.
- Analyse recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations and company policies during the hiring process.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and candidate experience improvements.
- Build and manage stakeholder relationships across the business
Profile
A successful Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist should have:
- Proven experience in talent acquisition within the Industrial / Manufacturing/Engineering industry or similar sectors.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment regulations.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects effectively and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Job Offer
- Competitive salary ranging from -50-60k
- Fixed-term contract 12 months
- Based onsite in Keighley 3 days per week
