We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the Human Resources department within the Industrial / Manufacturing industry. This role is a 12 month FTC maternity cover

Description

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and provide guidance.
  • Utilise various recruitment channels to attract diverse and high-calibre candidates.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate records.
  • Analyse recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to key stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with employment regulations and company policies during the hiring process.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and candidate experience improvements.
  • Build and manage stakeholder relationships across the business

Profile

A successful Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist should have:

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition within the Industrial / Manufacturing/Engineering industry or similar sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment regulations.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Job Offer

  • Competitive salary ranging from -50-60k
  • Fixed-term contract 12 months
  • Based onsite in Keighley 3 days per week
