Service Advisor / Customer Service Advisor
Location: Tewkesbury
Salary: £27,000 Basic - £32,000 OTE
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:30pm + every 4th Saturday morning
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

The Role
As a Service Advisor / Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for managing customers throughout the service and repair process, ensuring they receive a professional and positive experience from booking through to vehicle collection.
Your responsibilities will include:
andmiddot;Welcoming customers and understanding their requirements
andmiddot;Booking vehicles into the workshop
andmiddot;Discussing servicing, maintenance and repair requirements
andmiddot;Preparing job cards and estimates
andmiddot;Liaising with Technicians and the workshop team
andmiddot;Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process
andmiddot;Advising customers on additional work where required
andmiddot;Managing customer queries professionally
andmiddot;Preparing vehicles for collection and explaining completed work
andmiddot;Maintaining accurate records and ensuring high customer satisfaction

About You
The ideal candidate will have:
andmiddot;Previous experience in a Service Advisor or customer service role
andmiddot;Strong communication and interpersonal skills
andmiddot;Excellent customer service ability
andmiddot;A professional and confident approach
andmiddot;Good organisation and attention to detail
andmiddot;Ability to work effectively in a busy environment
andmiddot;Ability to build strong relationships with customers
andmiddot;A genuine interest in developing a career within automotive aftersales

Automotive experience is advantageous but not essential for the right customer-focused candidate.
