We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Agent to join a water treatment project in Oldham, working with a well-established civil engineering subcontractor. This is an immediate requirement and offers the opportunity to work on key infrastructure works within a regulated water environment.

Site Agent Role andamp; Responsibilities:

• Managing day-to-day site operations on water treatment schemes

• Supervising subcontractors, direct labour, and plant on site

• Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to specification

• Coordinating civil engineering works including drainage, ducting, concrete structures, and pipework

• Leading health andamp; safety on site, including toolbox talks and site briefings

• Liaising with the Project Manager, Site Engineers, and the main contractor

• Monitoring site progress and reporting against programme

• Managing site documentation and quality control processes

• Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and industry regulations

Site Agent Requirements:

• Proven experience working as a Site Agent on water or wastewater treatment schemes

• Strong civil engineering background within the utilities sector

• Experience working for or alongside civil engineering subcontractors

• SMSTS qualification

• Valid CSCS card

• First Aid at Work (preferred)

• Strong leadership and organisational skills
