The Role
As Site Agent, youandrsquo;ll take responsibility for delivering multiple highways structures and reinforced concrete schemes, ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish.
Youandrsquo;ll oversee day-to-day site operations, driving performance across safety, quality, and programme, while acting as the main point of contact between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

- Leading client and site progress meetings
- Coordinating subcontractors and supply chain activities
- Managing, mentoring, and supporting site teams
- Producing short-term plans and look-ahead programmes
- Preparing and reviewing RAMS
- Interpreting drawings, specifications, and technical details
- Overseeing quality assurance and health andamp; safety compliance
- Ensuring adherence to framework and company processes
Weandrsquo;re seeking a proactive and experienced Site Agent with a solid background in civil engineering, particularly within highways structures environments.
You will have:
- A degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
- Experience working with a civil engineering main contractor
- A strong track record delivering highways structures and RC projects
- Familiarity with framework-based delivery environments
- A commercially aware and problem-solving mindset
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A detail-focused approach to safety, quality, and delivery
