Site Engineer
Needham Market
Up to andpound;46,000 base, Call-Out Overtime up to andpound;3k KPI bonus

We are currently recruiting for a Site Engineer to join a leading renewable energy company, supporting operations on a large industrial site near Needham Market.

As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance, operation and performance of industrial plant systems.

andbull; Carry out planned and reactive maintenance as a Site Engineer on industrial boiler systems
andbull; Maintain and repair mechanical components including pumps, valves, pipework, steam and hydraulic systems
andbull; Monitor plant performance and input operational data into control systems
andbull; Respond to breakdowns and participate in an on-call rota
andbull; Support fuel handling and site operations
andbull; Ensure all maintenance, inspection and compliance records are accurately completed

andbull; Qualified Mechanical Site Engineer (NVQ Level 3 / Candamp;G / HNC or equivalent)
andbull; Background in industrial environments such as manufacturing, energy, facilities, or process plant
andbull; Experience working on plant/site maintenance
andbull; Willingness to work on-call as part of a rota

andbull; Up to andpound;46,000
andbull; On-call allowance: andpound;165 per week (approx. andpound;2,800 annually)
andbull; Overtime rates:
o 1.5x (Saturday)
o 2x (Sunday)
andbull; Minimum 4 hours paid per call-out

andbull; Week 1: Mondayandndash;Sunday (on-call week)
andbull; Week 2: Wednesdayandndash;Friday
andbull; Week 3: Mondayandndash;Friday
