They are looking for aandnbsp;Site Managerandnbsp;to join the team. Based from Bristol, you'll have operational responsibility for a variety of Defence Projects ranging in value up to andpound;10M
Key Responsibilities (to include, not limited to)andnbsp;

Key Responsibilities (to include, not limited to)andnbsp;
- Planning, scheduling and coordinating the project strategy and design, reporting progress and budget matters to the client
- Managing the construction process, supervising all activity on-site, from inception through to completion and handoverandnbsp;
- Collaborating with architects, engineers and local government officials for permits and licences, contractors and clients
- Complying with legal requirements, safety and building codes and keeping daily logs and diaries
- Ordering equipment and materials, managing their use and managing the personnel involved
- Overseeing and managing all Health andamp; Safety on siteandnbsp;
- Construction related qualification (HNC / Degree)
- SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS Cardandnbsp;
- Fully IT Competentandnbsp;
