Job Description
The Role
As Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of multiple planned works projects within occupied properties. These works include:
- Kitchen andamp; Bathroom replacements
- Window andamp; Door installations
- Aids andamp; Adaptations (DDA works)
You will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Day-to-day management of site operations across multiple workstreams
- Managing subcontractors and direct labour
- Ensuring health andamp; safety compliance at all times
- Monitoring programme delivery and reporting progress
- Liaising with tenants, clients, and internal teams
- Managing quality control and inspections
- Resolving on-site issues efficiently and professionally
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within social housing or planned maintenance
- Strong knowledge of kitchen andamp; bathroom programmes and/or external works (windows andamp; doors)
- Experience delivering works in occupied properties
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
- Strong organisational and leadership abilities
- Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification
- Salary of andpound;55,000
