Site Manager / Project Manager andndash; High-Spec Residential

Location: Bangor, Wales

Duration: 4 Months

Start Date: Immediate

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to take immediate control of the finishing phase of a high-specification residential renovation in Bangor. This is a critical role requiring a lead who prioritises precision, technical accuracy and the delivery of a high-standard finish.

The Role

You will be based full-time on site, taking full responsibility for day-to-day operations. The project is currently at a stage where strict adherence to detailed drawings and design specifications is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Trade Coordination: Effective management and oversight of all on-site trades.
  • Programme Delivery: Maintaining timelines to drive the project toward completion.
  • Quality Control: Rigorous oversight of finishing works to ensure they meet high-end standards.
  • Compliance: Ensuring all site activity aligns with design information and safety regulations.

Requirements

We are looking for a professional with a straightforward approach to site management and a track record of integrity.

  • Experience: Proven background as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager, specifically within the high-end residential sector.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to interpret and enforce complex drawings and specifications accurately.
  • Qualifications: Valid SMSTS, CSCS Card and First Aid certification.
  • Leadership: Strong communication skills and the ability to manage a site with authority and reliability.

Project Details

This is a 4-month contract requiring a dedicated, site-based presence. Due to the projectand#39;s current phase, we need someone who can hit the ground running immediately.

Experience:

  • proven experience in high-end residential projects : 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
