We are seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to lead the on site team on a school refurbishment project in Doncaster.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a school refurbishment including replacing ceilings and floors, damp proofing, installing skirting boards and replacing boxings.
- Manage subcontractors and site staff, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
- Maintain accurate site records, reports, and progress documentation
- Liaise with the client and updating on progress
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience working on a similar project
- Strong joinery background
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- In date tickets - SMSTS, CSCS and 1st Aid
- Ability to reliably commute to Doncaster
