Internal Planned Maintenance - Social Housing

Up to andpound;55,000 Plus Package

Our Client, a leading nationwide construction contractor are currently looking for an experienced site manager to join their planned works division.

andnbsp;

Projects that are being delivered will are internal maintenance projects. They will be being delivered to tower blocks and scattered properties in Sussex.

andnbsp;

On a day to day basis, you will act as an integral part of the operational team and carry out the following duties:

andnbsp;

Management of sub-contractors andamp; direct operatives

Lead the site team to the best of your ability

Manage delivery of works to specification

Have several direct reports to manage includingandnbsp;RLO'sandnbsp;and office staff

Pre andamp; post inspectionsandnbsp;of works

Health andamp; safety andamp; quality checks

andnbsp;

My client are looking for someone with strong communication skills and a proven track record managing and deliveringandnbsp;planned maintenance projects.andnbsp;Aandnbsp;validandnbsp;SMSTS,andnbsp;First Aid, CSCS, and Asbestos Awareness are required.
