EICA LVAP | MEICA | Site Supervisor | Commissioning | Water Industry

An exciting opportunity for an experienced EICA LVAP (Low Voltage Authorised Person) and Site Supervisor to support the delivery of major AMP8 water projects. This is a hands-on, site-based role overseeing EICA, MEICA, installation, commissioning, testing, subcontractor management, and safe project delivery from design through to handover.



Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the site's Low Voltage Authorised Person (LVAP).
  • Supervise EICA and MEICA installations.
  • Manage permits, RAMS, and site safety compliance.
  • Oversee subcontractors, installation teams, and commissioning activities.
  • Support testing, inspection, commissioning, and handover.
  • Coordinate with design, construction, and commissioning teams.
  • Drive high-quality delivery and a right-first-time culture.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to budget.


Essential Experience

EICA experience
MEICA experience
LVAP / Low Voltage Authorised Person experience
Site Supervisor experience
Installation, Testing & Commissioning experience
Permit to Work experience
RAMS review experience
Package management and subcontractor management
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Water industry experience highly desirable



Essential Qualifications

  • BS7671 18th Edition
  • Emergency First Aid
  • CSCS Card
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Relevant Engineering Qualification
  • LVAP training desirable
