You willandnbsp;be requiredandnbsp;to provide administrative support to theandnbsp;Skills forandnbsp;Work team.andnbsp;andnbsp;You willandnbsp;be responsible forandnbsp;setting up andandnbsp;maintainingandnbsp;administrative systems and processes which will support the delivery of a range of Skills for Work courses and services and provideandnbsp;accurateandnbsp;andandnbsp;timelyandnbsp;dataandnbsp;to support performance improvements.andnbsp;
Alongside the Skills for Work Manager, you will act as a main point of contact for all Job Centre Plus and other partnersandrsquo; queries and student enquiries.andnbsp;
What are we looking for?andnbsp;andnbsp;
We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual who holds a Level 3 qualification in Administration, Customer Service, or has equivalent relevant experience.andnbsp;andnbsp;
You will have a strongandnbsp;track recordandnbsp;of delivering exceptional customer service, with the ability to stay calm, organised, andandnbsp;solutionandnbsp;focusedandnbsp;during busy periods. In this role, you will communicate confidently and effectivelyandmdash;both verbally and in writingandmdash;with staff, external partners, employers, and a wide range of adults and young people.andnbsp;andnbsp;
