Senior Brand Manager - Marketing Contractor

We are seeking an experienced Senior Brand Manager Contractor to provide immediate, hands-on support to a high-performing brand team. This role is critical to maintaining pace, quality, and strategic focus within the chosen therapeutic area. The successful candidate will operate independently, delivering high-impact marketing materials and tactical execution at speed.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of core marketing materials and tactical plans to support brand defence against a new competitor
• Drive delivery at pace while maintaining high-quality, concise outputs
• Ensure strong cross-functional alignment across field, medical and market access teams
• Take full ownership and accountability for day-to-day delivery, proactively managing risks and solutions
• Reduce reliance on senior leadership by operating independently in a fast-paced environment

Skills andamp; Experience Required

• Significant pharmaceutical marketing experience, ideally within specialty care or biologics
• Proven ability to work autonomously and deliver in high-pressure, fast-moving settings
• Strong track record of execution excellence, with the ability to prioritise what matters most
• Confident cross-functional stakeholder management skills
• Detail-oriented, results-driven, and comfortable taking full accountability for outcomes
