- Set strategy for organic social, influencers and partnerships across Europe
- Integrate these into wider campaigns with paid media and PR
- Identify and manage partnerships and influencers
- Ensure all activity is commercially sound and performance-driven
- Lead UK organic social delivery and content execution
- Coordinate agencies and internal teams effectively
- Track performance and optimise using clear reporting
- Find and share strong brand stories to boost visibility
Profile
A successful Social andamp; Partnerships Lead should have:
- Strong understanding of social, influencer and partnerships in campaigns
- Experience working across both central and local market teams
- Confident managing agencies and external partners
- Commercially aware, with a focus on performance and outcomes
- Able to influence stakeholders in a complex organisation
- Strong judgement on content, brand voice and storytelling
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving environment
