An established and fast-growing renewable energy installer is looking to expand its team with experienced Solar Roofers across Southern England.

With over 15 years in the industry and thousands of successful installations completed, the business has built a strong reputation for quality workmanship and professional standards. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to bring in additional roofers to support increasing demand.

Pay andamp; Overtime

  • andpound;15andndash;andpound;24andnbsp;per hour (depending on experience) OTE well above andpound;50,000+
  • Overtime and weekend bonuses available
  • Overtime is optional, not mandatory

Most installers work around 10 hours of overtime per week on top of a 45-hour contract.

The Team

Youandrsquo;ll be joining a well-established installation team made up of roofers and electricians, led by an experienced installations manager. The majority of the team have been with the business for several years.

Requirements

  • Minimum 12 monthsandrsquo; experience installing solar PV on a range of roof types (domestic and/or commercial)
  • CSCS card, Working at Heights, and asbestos awareness are beneficial but not essential
  • Reliable, hardworking, and comfortable interacting with clients on site

Additional Information

  • Accredited to recognised industry standards (e.g. MCS, NICEIC, CHAS)
  • Subcontractors considered, though long-term employed roles are preferred
