Key Responsibilities
- Conduct stock condition surveys across a range of residential properties
- Assess building components, identifying defects and lifecycle requirements
- Record and manage data using asset management systems
- Support investment planning and maintenance programmes
- Ensure compliance with relevant housing standards and regulations
- Liaise with internal teams and external contractors
- Proven experience in stock condition surveying or similar role
- Strong knowledge of building construction and maintenance
- Familiarity with housing standards and compliance requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Proficiency in survey software and Microsoft Office
