Description

  • Manage end-to-end supply chain processes to ensure seamless operations.
  • Develop and implement procurement and Co-Manufacturing/Supplier strategies to optimise costs and efficiency.
  • Lead forecasting, supply and demand planning processes.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment as needed.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Analyse supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the supply chain team.
  • Prepare reports and present findings to senior management.

Profile

A successful Supply Chain Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in supply chain management within the Food andamp; Beverages industry.
  • Strong knowledge of supplier management, forecasting, planning, and inventory management practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
  • Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools.
  • A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
