Description
- Manage end-to-end supply chain processes to ensure seamless operations.
- Develop and implement procurement and Co-Manufacturing/Supplier strategies to optimise costs and efficiency.
- Lead forecasting, supply and demand planning processes.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment as needed.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Analyse supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the supply chain team.
- Prepare reports and present findings to senior management.
Profile
A successful Supply Chain Manager should have:
- Proven experience in supply chain management within the Food andamp; Beverages industry.
- Strong knowledge of supplier management, forecasting, planning, and inventory management practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools.
- A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
