Description
- Manage the supply chain function from end to end: Forecasting, Supply and Demand Planing, Inventory Management, Warehousing, etc.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Oversee a team of 4-6 direct reports.
- Manage supplier relationships and key stakeholders.
- Lead the forecasting and planning processes.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production teams to meet demand.
- Analyse supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organisational goals.
- Lead and mentor the supply chain team to foster professional growth.
Profile
A successful Supply Chain Manager should have:
- Proven expertise in supply chain management within the Food Manufacturing/FMCG sector.
