• Building and nurturing long-term relationships with prospective and existing clientsandnbsp;
• Proactively creating new business opportunities and shaping your client portfolioandnbsp;
• Managing full 360 recruitment processes for a diverse commercial client baseandnbsp;
• Writing engaging, human job adverts that reflectandnbsp;ourandnbsp;clientsandnbsp;valuesandnbsp;
• Sourcing top talent across platformsandnbsp;-andnbsp;creatively, not just reactivelyandnbsp;
• Advising clients on market insights, salaries, and hiring strategyandnbsp;
• Creating polished shortlists and candidate packsandnbsp;
• Growing your personal brand on LinkedIn (weandrsquo;llandnbsp;support youandnbsp;-andnbsp;not force you)andnbsp;
• Contributing to blogs, videos, or insights if you enjoy contentandnbsp;

• Recruitment experience (agency or internal), but commercial agency experience is idealandnbsp;
• Confident, consultative, and energised by building client relationshipsandnbsp;
• Passionate about delivering a brilliant experience for candidates and clientsandnbsp;
• Proactive, organised, tech-savvy, and commercially mindedandnbsp;
• Excited by autonomy and the chance to influence a growing businessandnbsp;
